Linear Shaft

W/BAC/BATC/SA/SHF/SK/STBR/WV/WHV/WRA

Linear steel shafts are core components of precision transmission systems, designed specifically for high-load, high-precision linear motion scenarios. They are widely used in CNC machine tools, automation equipment, semiconductor manufacturing, precision measuring instruments, and other fields, providing stable, low-friction, and long-life guiding and support solutions.

Specifications

Geometric Tolerance Control:
Roundness Error: ≤0.05mm (Measured according to the cylindricity tolerance standard in GB/T 1182-2018 "Product Geometric Technical Specifications", using a high-precision roundness tester to ensure uniform clearance between the shaft and bearing during rotation, reducing vibration and noise, and improving transmission smoothness).

Straightness Error: ≤0.01mm/1000mm over the entire length (Measured according to ISO 1101 standard, using a laser interferometer or autocollimator, ensuring no jamming or off-center loading when the shaft slides in the linear guide, suitable for high-precision positioning systems).

Surface Treatment Process:
Mirror Polishing: Surface roughness Ra≤0.05μm (Using an ultra-precision grinding + electrolytic polishing composite process, first removing machining marks with diamond grinding paste, then eliminating microscopic peaks through electrolytic polishing to form a uniform lubricating oil film on the bearing surface). Process Advantages: The friction coefficient is as low as 0.001~0.003 (more than 60% lower than ordinary polishing), significantly reducing guide rail wear and extending service life to over 100,000 kilometers; it also reduces creeping and improves system dynamic response speed.

Inspection and Quality Control:
Roundness Inspection: In a constant temperature workshop (20±1℃), a Taylor Hopson Talyrond 5 series roundness meter is used to measure three sections along the axial direction, and the maximum error value is used as the judgment criterion.

Straightness Inspection: The shaft is placed on a V-support, and a Renishaw ML10 laser interferometer is used to measure in segments and stitch the data to ensure that the straightness of the entire length meets the requirements.

Surface Roughness Inspection: A MarSurf PS10 roughness meter is used, sampling is performed according to GB/T 1031-2009 standard, with a sampling length set to 0.8 mm and an evaluation length of 4 mm.

Application scenarios: Suitable for CNC machine tool feed systems, semiconductor equipment wafer transfer modules, precision measuring instrument guides, and other scenarios sensitive to form and position tolerances. It can achieve repeatability within ±0.002mm, meeting IT3~IT5 level accuracy requirements.
